    <description>Hello, I have sky q and sky mini. Nothing wrong with WiFi (not Sky) but both boxes keep loosing Internet connection. Ive done all the resets etc but still not solving issues. Sounds keeps dropping too. Any help ?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sound likely a different issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;which ISP are you on?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: ah "not sky". Ok so the usual kind of issues. You can try resetting the network etc but ultimately using powerlines or ethernet is likely the only way to completely stabilise it. The boxes need a solid connection between them (separate from the router when it's 3rd party) and 5GHz wifi is fragile combined with the weird mesh technology Q uses, makes it very flakey&lt;/P&gt;</description>
