Why is my tv not giving me the option to watch in uhd. All the equipment is as it should be. But no programmes have the U under them?

Do you have an UHD subscription?

Have you set your display to 2160P?

Most UHD is via download. Only Sports have UHD channels.

@darkstar65 the Q box can on occasions reset itself back to HD 1080 so check in your settings that it is still set 20 2160 in settings

Normal broadcasts are not in UHD. Only dedicated channels (mostly sport) and downloads and streaming apps
