You should have a tick against &lt;STRONG&gt;Satellite signal&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Try setting your Sky box output resolution to HD. Then you can investigate further by inspecting the audio/visual settings on the Sky Q box.       <title>Sky Q box issues</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Recent issues with Q box. Still having problems - keeps going to a blank screen when watching programmes. &amp;nbsp;Have turned off/on many times but still had problems again this evening&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anybody else ? &amp;nbsp;And if I call sky will I be asked just to turn off by plug wait 30 secs and turn back on ? &amp;nbsp;Already done this so what help is suggested&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
