Is anyone else out there still having a problem with the Q box? Ours still won't work. The green light is on but the TV screen shows 'no signal'

Hi @Ann5149

First make sure that the Television is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.

This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
