      <description>&lt;P&gt;You know what I don't understand, I have canceled my sky sports and cinema, I had paid for it this current month and I have to do a 31 day cool down period so I will be paying for both of these again next month but sky have already removed these services from my box! Surely if I pay for them I should be able to use them for the cool down period and this month that is already paid for 🤷🏻‍&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":female_sign:"&gt;♀️&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
