&lt;P&gt;I've moved your post from the broadband board as it's Sky Q related. What's happening when you try to call Sky (apart from a queue)?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All I want to do is speak to someone, anyone about New sky mini box. There was a problem in my area with connectivity which has been resolved. I have multi room and one of my boxes needs replacing. I tried the other mini box i my bedroom and it worked. I therefore need a new box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
