      <description>Despite rebooting my sky Q box repeatedly it is still not functioning properly. I've called tech support, the automated system sent me in a lovely circle of things I've already done to no avail. Other than unplugging the sky q box and leaving it off for 30 seconds yet again is there anything else I can do. Does someone in the community have an phone number for the tech support team that will put me through to a human? Thanks guys</description>

&lt;P&gt;The same number you called.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
