I have sky cinema and I am trying to watch paramount+ I have tried the online help etc but it gets stuck on the menu for choosing basic or upgrade package and won't let me continue on to set up my account, has anyone else had this issue and how do I get around it please

Have you followed activating your P+ as described here;

Plus, can you try refreshing your cookies and cache in your web browser or try the activation in another web browser.

Yes I have followed the first but to the letter a couple of times but I have not tried to clear the cache I will have a go at that when I get home , fingers crossed and thank you for your reply

No that didn't work I am still stuck on the page that says choose your subscription and it's says the basic one is my current package but I can't select it and move on , the only thing I can select is upgrade the package ? Please help I am at a loss
