My sky box is behind the tv it has worked fine there for the last 18 months all of a sudden I have to stand right next to the box to change anything

Hi @AlanT1980 It sounds like you have lost the Bluetooth connection. While you can see the box with the remote, hold down the 1 & 3 buttons and then follow the instructions on the screen.

Hi @AlanT1980

May be worth resetting the remote.

With the Q box on with green led press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that the Q box sensor is in line of sight and point your remote directly at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.
