No dates for sky q installation

I've paid £199 for a sky q box and3 mini boxes installation. However no one at sky can give me a date for the installation. Three different advisers have put in referrals for me but no luck. This has been ongoing for over a month and I've spoken to approximately 10 advisers. I've asked if they would just send me the equipment and I'll get it professionally installed but they won't do that. I don't know what to do next. Can anyone help?
