Like many others I had multiple crashes last night, eventually gave up & shut down.

Rebooted today and now getting "No satellite signal" but only on certain channels. Others working fine.

When is it going to be sorted?

Satellite dish issues aren't related to the outage...

You'll probably need an engineer to check your dish alignment.

Sorry, but the system was working fine with all channels until it kept crashing last night.

We had a new dish a couple of years ago, after the previous on had lasted for years. I can't see the dish alignment is at fault.
