We don have access. Ringing customer service asks us if we want to talk to someone. It rings 5 times then call drops

Hi @Dave374 I am really sorry, but you will have to provide a few more clues, if we (fellow customers) are going to try and help you. I take it you have tried a power reboot (unplug from mains, wait 30 seconds and then plug it back in).
