    <description>&lt;P&gt;Last night's outage seems to have been fixed. But last night we didn't know it was a global issue and so tried resetting the SkyQ box, which didn't work or course.&amp;nbsp; But now we've found that the TV is working, but our Sky remote won't change the volume.&amp;nbsp; I've tried the press 1&amp;amp;3 on the remote while pointing it at the Q box and followed the online instructions, but it's not working.&amp;nbsp; I put in the TV make (Samsung) and model number &amp;amp; it says to try the volume to see if it works, but all it does is show the + sign flashing a bit but we still can't hear anything.&amp;nbsp; We have a Sonos soundbar which Sky doesn't seem to like, but it was working just fine yesterday until the outage.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions please folks?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
