If the "Network Connection" is a Cross in settings then you wont have access to the apps or catch up

Go down to "Settings", followed by "Network Connection"

Press on "Network Setup" - You will be then taken to a screen telling you to either "Reset" or select from 3 different options

If it asks you to reset, proceed with the steps on the TV

You will be then asked to connect to a Sky router, or broadband from another provider

If you have Sky Broadband select the 1st option - You will be asked to press on the WPS button on your router for ONLY 3 SECONDS, which is located on the right hand side of the router (Not the back, not the front as well) The WPS should then start flashing

If its a 3rd Party router you will connect with the password

If done correctly, the Screen will change from "Searching" to "Connecting"
