Sky mini stop working

1 of my mini boxes has stopped working, do I just order another 1, or done sky replace it

Mini boxes are loaned to you and must be returned to Sky at the end of a subscription or if faulty.

Whats the issue you're having?

it's not starting up after u turn it on. it's getting to the blue screen when it says, "to hit home button when screen goes blank" then thats it. not comin on again after that

Have you tried rebooting your broadband first, then a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Allow 5-10 minutes before things hopefully revert back to normal.

we have 3 mini and the other 2 is working no problem, just this 1. we have turned the mian box off and then reset the mini which isn't working. and still no hope after the blue screen. many thanks tho. next step is to phone sky to get it lifted.
