What replacement remote do you get sent?

Hello

So I currently have my original sky q touch remote from new in 2018.

Thinking it may be playing up now as watching the bill it was not issuing commands as it should or something else was going on.

Anyway my question is when I order a replacement there was no mention which sky q remote they send out,till today when an email says my sky q touch remote has been dispatched. So do you just get sent the same remote or could I be getting a different one?

AFAIK touch remotes are no longer available.

(I would assume you'll get the latest 'clicky' voice remote)

The Sky Q Touch remote is no longer available.

If you request a replacement, you will get the Sky Q voice remote that has the voice button on the front of the remote, as shown in the video on this help page;

If you do want a touch remote you can still purchase second hand ones on eBay.
