Q Box keeps randomly shutting down and Rebooting

Our QBox keeps turning off, then restarts by rebooting.

We have tried looking for coincidental occurrences - none found. It's seems totally random.
It's Not dependent on what Channel's being watched,, replaying or pausing.
Checked power systems, by unplugging the whole system and reconnecting in other sockets. No change.

Q Box just seems to die momentarily, then restart by going the "Blue Circle of death" - Rebooting cycle, ....... imitating the mornings" SKY interrogation data process" shutdown restart every morning.
Tried Reduced stored programs to less than 60% ..... to no effect.

Sometimes it reboots several times, before settling down.

Other-times it reboots as someone, moves or comes into the room.
Changed batteries in the remote - no change.
It occurs without trying to use or even touch the remote

Some days it will happily work all day, other days it will happen several times in the day.
very strange, it's all very random.

anyone have similar occurrences?

trying to find a "SKY help line", (I.E. not an AI robot) has Proven fruitless so far.

Have a very similar issue at the moment. Had a replacement box but even that seems to be doing it!

causes problems with the connected mini box too!
