      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying for over a week to.obtain an email address to raise a complaint to Sky but to no avail!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to raise complaints via the phone but all thee do is open the complaint and then instantly close it as resolved!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have found the b2b complaint email but they won't accept a non business complaint!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help, otherwise I will have to go direct to the Ombudsman, as they just keep.closing down any complaint I make via the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service with Sky has massively dropped in the past months. An advisor actually told me that the UK agents are all being made redundant and the calls will all go overseas to call centres. Big mistake Sky. Your service used to be excellent!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just spent over an hour on the live chat trying to get a refund for a supposedly free trial of Sky Cinema,&amp;nbsp; the advisor was just trying to get me to keep the subscription, and insisted I had been billed as I had gone over the free period time, ( funny that as I had been charged in both September and October and my free trial does not run out untill 6th October.&amp;nbsp; Trying to get things resolved with Sky is nearly impossible.&amp;nbsp; I have raised a complaint by email but not holdin my breath&lt;/P&gt;</description>
