Can't use paramount plus

Need help getting into paramount plus! We get the screen with the qr code, on clicking it with phone we get a message saying 'we can't do that at the moment '. This has been going on for months and I'm losing the will 😅 I've looked online everywhere for help, tried different things and nothing works! Any ideas?

Do you have Sky Stream? Or Sky Q? No sign up is required for Sky+ (where you've posted) access to Paramount+ content.

Ahhh I'm sky q (so I've posted in wrong place 🤦) it won't let us get past sign up screen.
