      <description>&lt;P&gt;Following on from my previous post, why do you have to go through the Sky community to try and get anything resolved? Why won't Sky help you over the phone. I've got a mini box that freezes all the time. I'm paying for a facility that isn't working and Sky don't seem bothered!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
