Is there anything like full leaf trees in line with your satellite dish, or scaffolding around or near your house, as both of these do block your satellite signal, i know this as last year the tree across the road from my house was blocking the signal to my satellite dish and i had to have my dish moved along and it's works again fine, but when it was blocked i was getting a message saying no satellite signal is being received please check your connections

Remember that you have to give Sky 31 days notice, and if you are inside any discount periods there will be a penalty charge.
