      <description>&lt;P&gt;I complained a week ago that my SkyQ. equipment was not working correctly and I wanted them replacing.&amp;nbsp; The advisor said he was sending 2 new boxes (SkyQ and multi-room).&amp;nbsp; I have neither heard nor received anything since.&amp;nbsp; How long do they expect customers to wait!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sky will arrange a doorstep box swap&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;whereby a courier company (DPD or DHL in the UK) deliver a new box and take your faulty box away so remember to remove the viewing card from the old main box before it disappears into the van.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You may need to call Sky to chase this up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
