Im presently on Sky plus HD box. I also subscribe seperately to Netflix. Would i be better transfering to Sky Q ?

I don't subscribe to Netflix but I will cc in one of the other Superusers who has compiled a helpful guide for those thinking of transitioning from Plus to Q which may provide some insight into something you hadn't considered.

@Alan181 it's entirely up to you but the Netflix tier that is bundled with Q is standard with ads

As @Daniel0210 suggests, you may, also, wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q

SKY +/HD to SKY Q

Regarding Netflix - subscribing via SKY is slightly cheaper than the standard rates direct from Netflix and you do need SKY Q or Glass/Stream to subscribe via SKY but I doubt if that is good enough reason to switch from SKY HD and thus I would weigh up all factors
