New Dish Installation: Cable

Hi

I've moved house and have an appointment to have a dish installed in a couple of weeks. Our new house had a cream/white finish and I don't want an ugly black cable on the exterior as it will really stick out. Do the engineers carry white cable as well as black?

Are they open to discussions about location/aesthetics?

Thanks

DD
