      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have just bought a new smart TV because my old one was too small and even with a sound bar the sound wasn't clear enough. I thought transferring my Sky package would a simple matter but I am finding it difficult.&amp;nbsp; At the moment I have voice only for one channel but a blank screen. Doe anyone know how I should go about it ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks everybody. I thought it would be a simple transfer and that is what it turned out to be. After&amp;nbsp; my initial attempts , I went for a short walk, came back and made the post on the community. Then went back to have another look and there it was waiting for me. as someone asked yes I receive Sy through a Q box. I can only&amp;nbsp; think that I did't give it long enough.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
