    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4378427"&gt;@KYJANICOVA&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once you have posted it back, and have proof of posting we can maybe get you some help through the Messaging Team on here to have the non-return charges cancelled so post it back asap.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you don't return the hardware then you'll be charged (regardless of whether you've received return boxes or not).&amp;nbsp; The contract is clear that it's your responsibility to return loaned hardware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use your own boxes here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-or-recycle-sky-equipment&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Remember to keep proof of posting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
