      <description>Our Sky Q box has stopped allowing us to download and also no longer shows recordings. If I try to download any new episodes it comes up with "because of a technical issue, your download could not be completed. Please try again later" It has been like this for the past 2 days. Any way of fixing this issue?</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4378166"&gt;@KiraL&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;</description>
