I've been a Sky TV customer for over 25 years but paying £60 a month for a basic package with Netflix is ridiculous. I've rang to cancel my subscription and was offered £11.50 discount but I said no if you wont let me have it for £30 I want to cancel. I've now cancelled my subscription. I've signed up to Netflix separately for £18 a month and Paramount+ for £5 a month. Do I need to give back my Sky Q box, dish and remote. Absolutely disgusting customer service from Sky.

You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Called Sky to cancel subscription but was offered a £15 deal which I accepted. A few hours later Sky call me to say previous offer did not exist and they would not therefore honour it so I cancelled my subscription. Sky then called me back to offer me a £32 a month deal but I said no I had cancelled. Apparently the £15 deal is available if you have broadband with them. It's not available where I live so the £15 deal should not have been offered in the first place! I therefore cancelled my subscription and am well rid 😌
