I had a new Sky remote about 3 months ago and it's been fine until about 3 hours ago when I couldn't increase/decrease the volume, although lately, it doesn't recognise voice commands either...this is why I originally had a new one. Everything else works except that...I tried 7 and 9 and 1 and 3 simultaneously but that hasn't worked as it says my LG tv can't be paired.?? I've also changed the batteries and rebooted.. .any suggestions please ?

Hi @Itsonlyme33

There should not be any reason why you cannot pair your remote to a LG TV.

With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote again.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Use Find it for me in the LG TV set up instead of using Model ref.

Is there a soundbar or some other object that's blocking the view to your TV's IR receiver? I've had this same problem with my remote and LG TV. So try moving anything away from the IR input and see if that helps.
