What TV package do you currently have because if it is Sky Signature then you would need to speak to Sky about changing this to the Ultimate TV package which gives you access to the Standard Netflix package with Ads plan which is 2 screen + HD. You can upgrade to Netflix Standard without ads (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack and to Netflix Premium package (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

If you have Sky Cinema in your package then you can activate Paramount+ by follwoing the guide here:

thank you for replying. It's ok now, thank you. I have a Netflix subscription, I pay monthly for. I thought it was via my old Sky package, didn't realise I paid monthly directly to Netflix, so all is ok 🙂‍↔️
