      <title>Sky multi room fault</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky multiroom has stopped working, Sky Q box is working fine but black screen on multiroom with message no satellite signal, have checked cables rebooted as per instructions and still the same message.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
