Setting programme choice

Hi, I've just swapped to Q and all went well apart from having to choose the programme every time you turn it on. Previously, as with most things, it just resumed from your previous channel selection. Is there a setting to make it remember what you were watching? Cheers..

hi @Purloin

I am afraid it is a deliberate decsion by SKY to always present the Home page on start up & there is no option to change this

This way they can showcase new content & other content they wish to highlight.

Pressing the dismiss buton should return you to the last channel that you were watching.

Sky Q does remember the last channel you were on, it's just that it always starts with the Home page mini tv showing. The easy solution is to wake the Sky from standby with the power button, then immediately press the back button (open box with an error pointing left)
