topic Mini box repeatedly cuts out in Sky Q

With SkyQ our mini box keeps cutting out with a message that the signal has been lost.

Most times when checked the network connectivity and hub are ok, very occasionally we find the signal down and reboot the hub. Then it all happens again.

Has anyone had similar problems and knows the remedy please ?

Hi @Mini-boxprob Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

You may need a wifi booster between the SKYQ box and the mini box, if the above doesn't work call SKY and enquire about a booster, they are usually provided free, but may need an engineer visit to set up?
