If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services. So please explain what you're trying to do.

@ashwoodeleven I'm guessing that you're referring to Sky Protect here and you want to know whether you're eligible to receive the tech - video doorbell, cameras, sensors etc.?

There are two types of Sky Protect insurance products available.

One is the device insurance that Sky operate with D&G, for your Sky box, phone and tablets etc.

The other is the newer house insurance product.

This is the one that offers the home security kit, when you take up the Sky Protect home insurance.
