    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your reply.&amp;nbsp; Yes, we'd done those.&amp;nbsp; We finally got through to a Sky Tech on the phone.&amp;nbsp; An engineer is coming out this week as they tried everything&amp;nbsp; but no IP address is being obtained.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mini box is on permanent standby</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Q downstairs is working great.&amp;nbsp; The one mini box upstairs won't switch on I.e. red light never changes.&amp;nbsp; Have rebooted everything upstairs and downstairs- unplugged/reset//waited etc but mini box stays on red.&amp;nbsp; Remote upstairs works fine... turns tv on but shows "no signal".&amp;nbsp; Have even changed the remote batteries just in case.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.&lt;BR /&gt;If this turns the mini on &lt;BR /&gt;With the mini box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote. &lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
