    <description>&lt;P&gt;Get used to it, and get used to no help from Sky. Been happening to many users on a daily or weekly basis if you use anything but Sky Broadband but usually you can reset it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just a b*m ache resetting and running up and down stairs for the mini.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apparently going to the expense of setting up a hardwire link can help but seems ridiculous when every other product on wifi in the house works perfectly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could be Sky want us to cave in to more expense buying their broadband or replacing Sky Q with the new non satellite products. Clearly not investing in solving the issue as SkyQ's time is limited.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Q box not connecting to Router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my TV is displaying the message that I do not have Internet connection.&lt;BR /&gt;I have rebooted the router (I have Sky Fibre so it's a white light), tried to reset the TV but still no connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have then rebooted the Sky Q box, tried to reset, but still no connection.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried all these several times.&lt;BR /&gt;Oh, and I have held the WPS button on the router for a ridiculous amount of time, so perhaps Sky should mention how long the process should take.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I've tried everything suggested, what do I do now?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Like most others, I am paying a large amount of money for what appears to be no service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
