      <title>Sky Q Mini Sound</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Every so oftenI turn on my Sky Q Mini box and the sound is out of sync, normally putting the Mini into standby and turning it back on solves the issue. I'm guessing this indicates that it isn't a setting on the Mini itself or my Sony Bravia TV?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not using any soundbar or Dolby Digital, everything is set to normal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else experienced this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, can I please have a new link to chat with a Sky Expert? I tried using this last week but I was transferred to an agent who handled queries from Ireland and then nobody joined the chat again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sound issue persists and I'd like to get it resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
