Multiscreen discount not showing up when selected

I am a diamond VIP member and looking at the deals advertised for me when logging in it shows multiscreen discounted from £15.00 per month to £10.00 per month for 24 months but when I proceed to add to my package it lists it as the full £15.00 per month with £15.00 added to the monthy package cost. How do I select the and receive the discount that is identified for me? thanks.
