Sound but no picture

Turned on my sky box today (Friday) has sound but no picture. Have checked, it's not the telky as works with apps. Have unplugged sky box and fiddled with all plugs and still the same issue.

any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Kelly81011

Try rebooting your Television set if you have already rebooted your Q box. Just because it works with Apps is not significant to HDMI input.

To reboot your Television disconnect the power lead for 30 secs then reconnect.
