Sky Q mini box not connected

I have a main box and two mini boxes one of the mini boxes is quite far away from the main box so we had a engineer out who gave us a sky Q booster and it was working for a bit but now the mini box won't connect to the other boxes again or the booster?

Might be worth resetting the booster.

The Sky Q booster can connect to the main Q box or another already connected mini whichever is nearer to the problem mini. It can also connect to a Sky Broadband router (provided it isn't the new Sky Max version).

If the nearest Q box is successfully connected then you can use the Q booster located between the already connected Q box and the mini.

Set up the Q booster as follows.

Hold the WPS button on your booster for 3 seconds until it flashes amber. Then hold the WPS button on the front of the nearest Q device for 3 seconds until it flashes amber - You'll need to do it within 2 minutes.
After a few minutes, the connected light on the booster should turn green. You're all set up.

Tip: Need to move your booster after you've connected, don't worry it will automatically reconnect when its moved as long as its within range of your nearest Q box.

Then carry out a Network Reset on the mini.

Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with Q device,
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Q booster box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
