hi @Geoff71

If you mean a power cable with a multipin connector, it actually needs an external power supply.

SKY don't normally send out just the power supply & cable but more likely send a complete replacement box (which may or may not need a separate power supply ).

You will need to contact SKY to arrange this (we are just, primarily, other customers here)

BTW The boxes that need them usually do have the power supply in the box but not everyone realises and don't look for them

Hi @Geoff71

If the box you had replaced was a 2TB there are two versions of power supply. One has a standard C7 (figure of eight) power lead socket in the back of the Q box. The other has a separate power supply. Although this still has the C7 power lead into the power supply there is a multi pin Din power socket in the Q box for connecting the power supply. The replacement box should have had the power supply included if the Q box has the orange coded multi pin din socket in the back of the Q box. See below.
