Sky Q minibox remote

Help please.
I have just returned a faulty Sky Q minibox and realised that I did not put the remote control for it in the returns parcel. Does anybody know a contact number or an email address where I can arrange the return of this item please. I tried following a link to get return packaging for forgotten items but it does not work..

hi @canoneos40d

I wouldn't worry about it

SKY don't have any procedures for matching up such items & it is not worth their while to chase up remotes & cables
