      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had discovery + for a number of yrs but after trouble with not been able to watch football on the app &amp;nbsp;I contacted discovery who cancelled discovery for me but a month ago i had a another problem which was sorted but the sky advisor asked if I had anything else I said about discovery + and he went through with things with me to try and reactivate it but nothing happened do he said I sent a email to Sky back office team for them to reactivate discovery + for you and he got in touch two days later to say he heard nothing and since then no one been in touch with me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I send a email to Sky customer service about a month ago but so far no one got back to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I tried resetting password and and the QR code as well as the code number on screen but nothing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help be appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Barry.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
