Whirring noise on sky q box

This is my 3th sky q box has been replaced and engineering visit twice and the whirring noise still happening , every single morning I have to unplug and re start which is not ideal, and the sky q box is not even hot.

can sky come with a solution please? Never have an issue with the box before , this is happening since last 6 months

What time is this happening "every single morning"? There is a reason for asking.

Yes and night time too , and the screen on the tv goes black and then after 3 seconds comes back

Probably not related to standby settings then which tend to be between 0230 & 0545.
