    <description>&lt;P&gt;We keep having this issues.&amp;nbsp; Amazon &amp;amp; Paramount will stall or the screen goes black and we have to start up the box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This keeps happening.&amp;nbsp; We have done everything to try to fix it.&amp;nbsp; Including software updates, refreshing the apps, restarting the router &amp;amp; sky q box.&amp;nbsp; All the usual stuff and still we struggle to watch through apps, we have resorted to using our smart tv instead which works fine which means it's not the wifi/Internet.&amp;nbsp; Sick of these Sky Q boxes, always problems, considering how much we pay they should work, the old sky plus boxes were fantastic and yes I know sky q can do so much more but if you say offer all these great services they should work.&amp;nbsp; Sick of calling sky &amp;amp; speaking to robots.&amp;nbsp; Im on the verge of cancelling for the first time in 20 years!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help me please speak to a human or arrange a engineer&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;, my Disney plus , paramount plus,&amp;nbsp; amazon prime and netflix app all either cut out and the screen will go black even in the middle of watching something or it will have picture issues like a interference almost.&amp;nbsp; This is driving Me insane and all of my apps work normally through my tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
