Samsung smart TV is connected to Skyq box and its remote used also to control volume on my Sonos Beam soundbar. All working properly for years but last night out of the blue, the volume on my Sky remote becomes not adjustable. Every other function is normal. Have tried re pairing and can use the Alexa feature in the soundbar to shout a volume change. The actual TV remote is not used but also its volume is also not in action, how can I try to get back to my Sky remote's normal use, please?
