Is it possible that you were on a month's free trial with Paramount+?

If you've not got Cinema or used a VIP voucher then it's unlikely to have been provided by Sky.

If you used to have Cinema it might be that it just took a while to notice and unlink your account.

It's also very feasible that it was a mistake and someone noticed.

I have had Paramount plus for free since I renewed my contract, a month or so ago it started showing adverts - now it has signed me out and is asking for a subscription. I don't have cinema, but have always had paramount free. Any ideas? Thanks

There were some MySky VIP offers ( not the Sky Cinema) for Paramount+ in 2024.

If I recall they were for a year or a number of months, but that offer has now expired.

Normally, with those offers, though if you do not cancel within the term of the offer, it will resubscribe you to the monthly tariff, not cancel Paramount+

If you have an offer, have you tried logging in in a web browser to Paramount+ with the email and password you setup for your Paramount+ to see if it's still active.

If so, on your Sky Q, there should be login box prompt on the screen, not the subscribe button, enter your Paramount+ email address and password there.
