Been watching Netflix which is part of out package, for years. All of a sudden now asking for a pin?
don't have one.

Is it before you enter the Netflix app on your Sky Q?

If so go to controlling pin access on apps in this Sky help article;

If it's within your Netflix account, you need to login to your account to reset or remove the account or profile pin, as described here;
