System Update - how to access or go to Next Time

System Update has appeared on screen from 00228 to PO220. Cannot get any response using remote to either accept or choose Next Time. Husband has dementia and has tv on at all times - cannot remove message so cannot watch anything. Help!

That will be the TV and not Sky...

Use the TV remote.

Not a message I'm familiar with. Could it be generated from your TV rather than Sky box?

Yes that's a message from the TV and not the Sky box. Use the TV's own remote to clear it.
