&lt;P&gt;As the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD (rather than just trying to select SD on each download)&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Main Menu -&amp;gt; Settings -&amp;gt; Setup -&amp;gt; Preferences &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It doesn't matter if your TV is 4K HD.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Without the Sky Q HD or HD/UHD add on to can only watch Entertainment SD content.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Yes your TV will upscale this to UHD but the result is abysmal. &amp;nbsp;Very blurry and lacking definition.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
